Carol K. Harrison

CEO

Carol K. Harrison is the CEO of ARC Associates, LLC, has a degree in Accounting and over 25 years experience in management, business systems, accounting, human resources, sales, marketing, customer service, and strategic planning in a variety of industries - food service, retail, non-profits, R & D, real estate consulting, government regulation interpretation, manufacturing, and international organizations.

Carol’s passion for bringing out individual’s unique qualities and skills to create positive, powerful, and profitable results has brought her clients from many industries. Her diverse experiences in businesses and local and global community work allows her to transcend industry lines to assist organizations in creating solutions to their problems. Her global outlook provides innovative approaches that enable clients to tap into their hidden potential and achieve outcomes once thought to be out of reach. She has been responsible for setting up a computerized accounting system for a graphic design company, assisting them to develop and implement a strategic plan; designing a meal-plan control system for a private student housing organization that was implemented nationally, and, converting a produce distributor’s manual inventory and invoicing systems to computer increasing their profitability by reducing spoilage and improving productivity.

Throughout her diverse career, Carol has been involved in many volunteer community organizations. She was a board member on the Atwood Community Center for over 3 years of which she took responsibility as a member of the fund-raising committee where she planned, organized fund-raising events as well as recruited and trained volunteers. Carol is a former Board Member of Camp Hope, a grieving camp for children. She also was the co-chairman of two different grief workshops where she coordinated and shared the responsibility of developing and planning the workshop for over 120 participants including developing and overseeing the children’s grief program with volunteers. In 2005, Carol became a Certified Facilitator for The Total Quality Institute.

Jonathan C. Harrison

President

Jonathan Harrison is President of ARC Associates, LLC, a world-class individual and corporate development firm dedicated to turning possibilities into gainful reality.

Jonathan’s passion for results has brought him clients from many industries. His diverse experience allows him to transcend industry lines to assist individuals and organizations in creating an exceptional future. His execution of results-oriented, innovative approaches enables clients to optimize their potential.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University. He has coached individuals within organizations both nationally and internationally to define long term strategies, to improve process effectiveness, to develop leadership skills and competencies, and to improve bottom line results. He has held management positions for Fortune 100 companies as well as being a business partner and Technical Director in his own successful high-purity tubing organization and President of his own content consulting firm, Diverse Consultants. He has received numerous awards for sales excellence. In 1997, he became a Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Certification and in 2005 became a Certified Facilitator for The Total Quality Institute. He sits on various business and service boards, including chambers of commerce to name a few.
